Schedules
So as far as scheduling this wedding, Jen and I are thinking about January. Jen talked to her parents and that seemed to work good for them since December is already so busy and November is pushing it a little. So I will be talking to our parents and finding out if that works for them and if it does then I want to start getting input from everyone else on whether or not January works for them. So be thinking about it and when I can narrow it down a to a particular time of month I'll do that. ;)

Having consulted with my spouse, I can tell you that January is a good month for us.
Dad and I think January would be wonderful!
How about january 5th for example. We are going to throw out that date and let people see if it would work with there schedules. We understand that christmas vacations would just be ending but maybe they can extend the christmas vacation to go through the 5th or start there christmas travels a few days late so they aren't having to take two weeks off to do both. Just a thought. The Wedding would be in the Mesa AZ Temple.
We'll come whatever date it is. We are hoping when the new year starts, so does the vacation time!! When we are in California for Christmas it will just be for that weekend because we can't take any more time off, but hopefully with the new year we will get the standard 2 weeks! YAY vacation! Plus we will probably have to drive, I'll mapquest how far it is!
Jan 5th works very good for me! I've been to the Mesa Temple before.
Congrats, Jen! Oh, you too, Layne! :)
Perfect!
January 5th works for us. In fact, any date you set works for us.
I want to hear about the Luau, not to change the subject from the wedding.
The luau was okay, we helped set up some and then we went inside the church and played with a couple cute kids that were running all over the gym. We then decided to go outside and see how things were going and a lot of people were already eating and the line was incredibly long. They ended up running out of food so Jen and I took off and went and found a McDonalds and we ate there. By the time we got back to the Luau, the Dancers had finished there performance and so we helped clean up a littel bit and then we decided to take off instead of going to the dance from 9 to midnight.
