They are 1 out of 3....batting 33% on-time record. I guess they're so low budget the clocks in the terminals don't work. On the other hand, they are very expensive. They seem to have lots of planes that need changing, which is the official reason for being late.
Last Monday, leaving Vegas, the plane was 2 hours late leaving...at 11:55p instead of 9:55p. I found it interesting that the only concession place open for food in the airport was right next to our gate. I think it was a conspiracy. $7 for a sandwich?
Any airplane horror stories?

We just flew southwest to and from Florida last week and we were on time both flights!! We were hoping to get bumped so we could get some travel vouchers but they weren't over booked.
We have had trouble with the Las Vegas Airport. We got jerked around to 4 different terminals for our flight only to end up at the same one a couple of hours later. I don't think it was Southwest, but I'm not positive. Everything on schedule for your flight today, as far as you know?
If you're playing baseball and bat .333, you can make a lot of money. If you're 1 for 4, you may get desginated for assignment to the minor leagues or a trade. Well, the plane was late. Anybody want to trade airlines?
It was much better getting into Ontario this week instead of LAX last week. I will never go there again. Life is too short to be left standing on the curb for an hour waiting for a low budget parking garage shuttle to pick me up. :)
So, the plane tonight was late, too? How late? I guess being late arriving at Ontario beats being late arriving at LAX, playing the "wait for the shuttle game" and then driving for more than an hour across the city.
The plane left 20min or so late, and I was worried that by the time it took off and landed, it'd be even later, so I called Mark and put him off a bit, so I was waiting about 15 min for him. Fortunately, the weather was so nice. Cool, though the air was a little heavy, pretty clouds and just a pleasant situation for leaning against a pillar. I don't mind it at all.
Friday nite's plane was 1/2 late also. Well, there's always this week, right? :)
I'm hearing strains of "I'm leavvvvvving on a jet plane" as I read this post.
I flew to Utah with Nathan when he was 12 weeks old. My route home was supposed to be SLC to LAX to SLO. I ended up going from SLC to LAX to San Francisco to SLO due to a delay in SLC from snow. Long day, but we were safe.
