Layne....where are the answers to the questions that Jen's sister asked?

I too want to know the answers. This has been so fun getting to know you better. Your dropping the ball. Give it up.

A couple of things, first, I received a briefing at work the other day that may greatly curb how often I blog and what I post. I am still trying to figure out what I should do. Second, if I determine that I can continue to blog, I wanted Jen to be there when i answered the questions and she was at work until midnight last night meeting a deadline. I'll let you know what I decide and then will just hope that you trust me in the decision that I make.

Absolutely, don't go jeopardizing your job over the family blog. We can wait until you have time to do it. We/I was just getting spoiled with all the activity.

So people are spying on you everywhere, huh?

Someone recently had their children threatened in order to get them to talk; they learned all about the guy and his family by taking little bits of information they found on the internet and cross referencing that with what they could find at local establishments. They found those local establishments by pictures of clothing that he wore which indicated hobbies and such.

On Friday I googled the term whelchels blog; try it and see what you see. The first link you will see if a picture of me in a Youtube video telling family how much I love them and wishing them a happy birthday. Then you can see some of the other posts I have made.

At the end of the briefing we were told to have a small of internet presence as possible, if any at all.

That is truly amazing and outrageous! I hope we'll still here very generic things from you. Do we have to try not to talk about you too?

That is really scary. I think this is basically why Mike and Martissa have somewhat avoided the blog. Maybe we need to consider holding back some and not giving out so much information.
