Well, since I don't want the whole world to see this I'll make it a comment instead of a post. A Day in the Life of Stefanie (not as exciting as yuo might think) 5:20 Paisley get up to eat some early Breakfast but we put her back to bed 7:00 she's awake for the day (not by her mother's approval though) Then me and her hang out, I feed her, change her. Sometimes she'll fall back asleep at 8:00 and I try to go back to sleep to, but it doesn't usually work. Then we go spend some time in her room. I put her in her crib to listen to classical music and watch her mobile while I blow it because she doesn't like it unless it moves. If she falls asleep or can be happy without me then I take a shower. When she sleeps I either watch TV or check the blog. We just got DSL so I play games on the internet or email jason back and forth. Last week we went to a girl in the ward's house for lunch. I've been wanting to go for walks but it has been so windy I don't want to take Paisley out. I don't usually get out of my pajamas unless I know that we are going somewhere when jason gets home. This week I have been making a little scrapbook of Paisley's blessing and then I'll start on a book of all the pictures we have of her. I clean the kitchen because I seem to be the only one who knows how to do that around here. but by the end of the day (4:00) paisley do not agree with being put down so then me and her talk and read books and sing until jason gets home and he can hold her so I can make dinner. Not very exciting and not very busy. Sometimes I get lucky and leslee will come play with me but that's only happened 2 times.
Stef you are so funny. It cracks me up that you blow the mobile so Paisley will like it. Have fun with your scrapbooking. Keep up with it now, for when the next kid comes along, you will forever be behind. :) Or you can get a head start and begin your next kids book now.... chances are it will do similar things that Paisley does. so kidding....
I'm already behind with Paisley's book. I want to do it at all which is very mean of me, so I've been forcing myself. I've decided I don't like scrapbooking.
I had to change the way I scrap book when Nathan was born. Making every scrapbook page cute and decorated and recording every little peep each kid makes, is too much for me. So, the pages are not as cute anymore and not everything gets written down. Once a month I type up as much as I can remember of cute or funny things that happened that month and put that in the book. Then with pictures I stick them to a white piece of paper and with colored pens, to liven it up, I write a short blurb about the picture. I now understand why I have no baby pictures. Hello, kid number 6, what can I expect? But I am not sure why YOU have so many, kid number 7 ???? :)
Because the baby of all families is always the favorite and their last chance to get pictures of a cute baby! It's amazing there are any pictures of anyone besides Lewis and me!
