Your home looks beautiful. It looks like you have one of those driveways that go all away across the front - does it? I like the tile floors. Dad and I have friends who served in our mission who live in St. George. When we visited them she told us they took up the carpet and put down tile because she was tired of cleaning red dirt out of the carpet.
The house sits on a corner lot. It has one of those half circle drive ways in the front of the house and then the garages are on the other side. So you can have off street parking if you are in the driveway (also under the shade of some humongous tree, I need to find out what kind it is) or you can park in the front at the curb or on the side at the curb. Sounds like it would be great for a pre race pasta bash huh?
