Shocking News Story
I was just scrolling the headlines on yahoo news and an article about airlines on-time records caught my eye. I thought it was very funny since lewis used to always talk about his problems with Southwest. According to this news story Southwest is the 3rd most punctual airline in the U.S. Shocking! Well since Lewis had such bad luck with Southwest and they are the third most punctual I can only image how bad all the other airlines are!!!

I guess you have a horror story of your own that happened on United. I have heard that 2007 was the worst year ever for airline schedules being kept and keeping happy customers.
