For those of you who didn't know, James also ran St George on Saturday. He ran very fast finishing in 4:40 something. See I do have fast genes, I just gave them all to him!!
Shelley finished in 4:26 something if I remember and I finished in 6:28 something.

Good job guys! I'm pretty sure I would have dropped dead before finishing that race!
It was awful Stef. There have been 32 St George marathons and yesterday was the second time it rained. It rained and the wind blew and we were soaked to the skin and freezing til we finished.
All 3 of you look good! Those times are amazing...glad it was fun!

We ran together for a long time, we talked, you told me about your Valley of Fire race (maybe next year...)
We met sometime in the middle of the race, did the pip stops together... (Lots of them) and lost you when you were calling your son...Now I see you with him in the picture!
Good luck with your race and we hope to be back next year...I love the course and race you are putting together!
