We are the proud new owners of this home! We have visited it three times and love it very much! We are excited at this new chapter of our lives and for the responsibility it brings!!
Its beautiful Stef!!!! I hope you will take more pics of the inside and post them. Ask the realtor to take you through again. Tell her you have crazed family in California who will go nuts without knowing the ins and outs of your new home. What ever it takes....hehe. It really looks great from the outside. What are the details? PICS PICS PICS.
This house does have a fence in the backyard. It also has a pool that we are going to fill in. I has a hole in the liner so we don't feel too bad about filling it in instead of fixing it. There is a cute gazebo in the backyard.
Lewis wants to know if you have checked on filling in the pool. We once upon a time rented from someone who filled in their pool before we moved in and they swore had they known the headache filling it in was going to cause, they would have NEVER have filled it in. It requires all the same permits etc and keep in mind that for several years later, the ground sinks......we know personally of this one. Just be careful.
