Can we talk about making the blog private?
Layne isn't allowed to post anything of real importance on here due to his job and now neither is Lewis. Why? Because anyone can access it. I don't know how I feel about absolutely anyone being able to ready what we write and post here. Stephanie, can we go private? We can/could invite the Cornwalls so they could continue to read it, and the Smiths. But it would allow everyone who wanted to post, to do so safely without threat to their job and we wouldn't have to worry about complete strangers reading about our private lives. Just a suggestion.

One problem I foresee (as well as a couple others) with going private is that people like leslee and shelley who seem to have password difficulties quite often would then not be able to see the blog.
Well, Lauren lives with Shelley and can assist her, can't Taryn and Brad do the same for Leslee?

If it is possible and doesn't create a high level of (ownership issues) which Stefanie would have to deal with I would also like it to go private. Thanks.
Shelley is quite savvy with using the blog. She mentions reading it quite frequently...I think she has a password. If not, I can help her.
I personally enjoy being able to point, click, and be on. Lauren I have only been able to get on your blog once because I can't remember what to do. Tracy, I think you have other blogs that we don't know how to access. Sorry you are related to such a technologically challenged person.
I don't know what Layne's job told him but Lewis is NOT allowed to post on here anymore. Period as long as it remains open. So I guess the price we pay is that we don't get to hear from the men of the family. Considering I am married to one, I think its a high price.

Its up to the originator, in this case Stef has to change the settings. For various reasons, she doesn't want to do that. You have the power with the settings to leave the blog open to anyone reading it (which is how it is now) versus only those invited to participate, which is how I set up the other one. We can have the best of both worlds, blogs.
