I think in some places T.P.ing is a "mormon" thing. It happened to Rebecca when she turned 16. The perpratrators did it about 11:00 p.m. and weren't particularly quiet. We waited for them to finish and then went out. As we went out the lady across the street also came out of her house and seemed quite alarmed, if not a little frightened. We told her it was a gesture of friendship from some friends. That seemed to relieve her but she still seemed somewhat bewildered. Rebecca, if I haven't told the story correctly, please fix it. Anyway, I'm sure it was a welcome to the neighborhood.
