I was flipping thru the standings today and can you imagine my surprise when I noticed that both Florida teams are at the top of their divisions, and that not only that, the Marlins are tied with the Arizona Diamondbacks as the best teams in baseball? It's especially comical when Alex Rodriguez's salary is mentioned. He personally makes $5,ooo,ooo more per year than the entire Florida Marlins team....and the Yankees are currently 4th in their division, five games back of the Tampa Bay Rays! I know that Jen, the leading baseball fan in the family, would be thoroughly amazed to learn this and I rushed to post this at my earliest opportunity!
