Ah! I got pulled over!! =(

so I was leaving my friend Tim's house about and hour ago and go to switch lanes and look in my rear view mirror and AH! there is a cop!! so I pull over and thought to turn down the radio a bit but remembered my mom telling me once upon a time to keep your hands on the stearing wheel. So I did. He walks up and knocks on my window, funny thing is, the driver side window doesnt work, so he talks to me through the back one. =) lol...and NO I wasnt speeding, gosh family how could you think that. hehe. he just informed me that the light for my license plate was burnt out so I needed to get it fixed. How kind of him to stop me in the middle of the night and scare me to death to warn me right? lol. I thought so. =) It was quite scary. The whole time I was thinking I wasnt speeding, I know I wasnt speeding so what could be possibly be pulling me over for.

I survived though, now how do I go about getting that light bulb replaced???

Sorry family I have been a slacker about getting on here, I shall try and be better. =D
Have a super night! and day and weekend and memorial day!!!

Holy Cow Lauren!! Way to give your mother a heart attack first thing in the morning. I knew immediately that it wasn't a speeding ticket as I know you and your driving habits. Good for you for obeying the law and talk to the Tharps about the light!

You're in excellent company as I also, was pulled over in Utah for the license plate light being out. Mine, however, was just covered in oil. I guess you'll just have to stay in at night and not party. Oh well. :)

We only get pulled over for speeding in this family, I wish it was for burnt out lights. And to clarify, I have never been pulled over, cough cough Jason cough cough.

Poor you, Lauren. That must have been very scary. Be glad it didn't happen in CA - David got a "fix it" ticket when it happened to him. It cost him to pay the ticket plus get the light fixed. How are we supposed to know that our license plate light is out?
