Wowwie! I can't believe you already have the itinerary! Time flies when your working hard I guess! Congrats!
My first thought was: Holy cow he is getting in so late....Getting past that, yes, it is amazing he is already coming home. I remember his farewell and how impressed I was with his talk and how he handled himself that whole day. Do you want him to yourself, or are we all trying to come and see him?
We would like the airport experience to be ours. Lewis had me call Salt Lake today and request they send him into Las Vegas so he wouldn't have that long layover. He is now coming home at 7pm to Las Vegas. We will all be waiting for him. His homecoming talk here in Utah will be Sunday May 18th and hopefully, we drive away to California the morning of the 19th.
How fun for you guys! Glad they changed his arrangements for a shorter layover! The 19th you would be moving back to CA or coming to visit? Is he going to want to visit your old CA ward?
Yes, May 19th we drive away to move to California. He has requested the opportunity to speak to our old ward and since the Bishop is now our Dear Friend Bro Knudsen, we think they will let him. We don't have that date yet.
