Sorry Rebecca for dropping the ball. Yes we have heard from James. We got a letter last Thursday when we were leaving for Utah and then again on Monday. I have been sicker than a dog (strep throat) and will post the letters probably tomorrow or Friday. The antibiotic is kicking in. Yay!
Caitlin ran a 5k (3.1 miles) and I ran a half marathon (13.1 miles). Thanks for asking.

Oh, I am sorry you have been so sick. Sore throats are the worst! Glad to hear you are getting better. Hope the running went well.
