Cruising Time Over
Darn, the cruise was over. Well, I really liked this one. The boat's layout was great and easy to know and get your way around in. The Muster Drill, you didn't have to wear your life vest! I was soo happy. They had a game room, so when ever we wantned we all went there and played either Skip-bo or Golf. All the food was great, the the warm chocolate melting cake, it was never cooked right. We went to Alapoco, Ziwantinahjo, and Calima, Mexico. We all had a blast!!

Sew fun!
These are my two newest projects! Last night we had an unofficial relief society sewing class. It was a blast. I learned how to use an easy pattern. I made these pajama shorts for paisley last night. Then this morning I went to my friend's house and she taught me how to make this super cute skirt!! It took about 2 and a half hours to make the skirt today. We also wanted to add pockets but ran out of time. I'm really excited to fill paisley's closet with lots of cute new skirts!!
Happy News!
Hello Whelchel Family! So, last week I had Spring Break at UVU. The break lasted from Wednesday to Sunday. So, I took the opportunity to fly home with Courtney and see my family. I had a wonderful time and my family really enjoys Courtney. Courtney and I have been talking and we are planning on getting married! :-) We went ring shopping on Wednesday and I am planning to pop the question at a secret time. (The less who know, the less possibility it could leak to her ears! Or eyes!) We have planned on August the 14th at the Logan Utah Temple. You are all invited and when invitations are available, ya'll will receive one!
I hope you all have a great week! I need to run to an English review! See ya!
Love, James Whelchel

Happy Birthday Mom!!
Whenever I hear the primary song: How Will They Know? I think about you, Mom:
How will they know, the ones for whom we care, That God is love and with us every where, That life is good with blessings all can share? How will they know unless we teach them so? How will they learn that, though they go astray, God will forgive and help them find the way? How will they feel the Spirit day by day? How will they know unless we teach them so? How will they grow in wisdom and delight? How will they choose to follow what is right? How can they trust the future will be bright? How will they know unless we show them? How will they live when they at last are grown? What will they give to children of their own? Will they reflect the values we have shown? How will they know, as on through life they go? How will they know unless we strive to teach them so?
Thank you for the way you raised us and the foundation in the gospel you instilled in us! I love you!
