The Big Grage Sale

On July 12, 2008 my family and I are going to have a big garage sale. We are trying to earn money for the trip to Kansas. We are going to use the money for all the gas because the prices are so high. So we are planned to have a garage sale. We are going to separate the stuff into groups, like Brad's stuff will go some where and he will stand or sit be his stuff, and it will be with the same with the rest of us. We are planning and hoping that we are going to earn a lot of money and have a lot of people come and buy stuff! I can't wait until that day comes. It is going to last until 7:00 - 10:00 am. Do any of you guys do garage sales?

Run for the Fallen

I don't need a reason to run, I run because I can and because of what it does for my health. If I needed a reason to run, this might do it.

Spencer Cousins!

Yesterday, Martissa arrived with her four kids. We have had a blast playing with them. They leave today headed up to Rebecca's house. I forget what its like having little kids around. I loved last night after baths when we got to cuddle all those clean smelling jammy clad bundles of joy.

Tonight we decided, since it wasn't too humid and because Paisley asked, to have dinner in the gazebo. It was a lot of fun. We grilled hamburgers, sautéed asparagus and had some yummy pasta salad. We loved eating outside and can't wait to do it again as often as possible!

On another note our garden is flourishing beautifully! We decided to get some corn going in the back and finally put in the third row the other day. I'm so happy with how huge our squash are. Hopefully soon we'll be eating some of our own home grown produce.

These are a couple of our cute tomatoes. A couple of the plants had a few green tomatoes on them. It's so exciting!!!
